2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery Method: Standard Courier (e.g., Australia Post, Aramex, or specialized freight depending on parcel size and weight).

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing (regional areas may take longer).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

5. Damages and Lost Parcels

We take great care in packing our heavy steel items to prevent damage. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact our customer support team.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can process a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
6. International Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia and do not offer international shipping through our standard checkout.
