Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of our heavy-duty 3mm Corten steel products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to change your mind and initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Securely packaged in its original packaging (or equivalent sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit).

  • Accompanied by the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2. Important Note on Corten Steel (Weathering & Rust Patina)

Please note that Corten steel is a weathering steel designed to develop a natural, rustic rust patina over time when exposed to the elements.

  • Variations in the initial color, stage of weathering, or minor surface marks are a natural characteristic of industrial steel and are not considered product defects.

  • If your sign has already been placed outdoors and has begun its weathering process, it is no longer eligible for a return due to change of mind.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item at our depot, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned piece.

  • If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

  • Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Because our products are cut from premium, solid 3mm steel, they are heavy. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the incorrect design, please take a photo immediately and contact us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.
